Tanka Farms Pumpkin Patch

So I decided to do something different for this blog post. A couple months ago I joined this Facebook blogging group called Influencer Girl Gang. I joined this group because I wanted to be more social, meet new people and help get tips on blogging tips and tricks so that I can grow my account.

Last week we had our 2nd meet up for the group that I was able to attend. We decided to have this meet at Tanaka Farms Pumpkin Patch in Irvine, CA.

AVLK7405This is the first time I’ve been to a pumpkin patch and this place was big. They had a corn maze and a sunflower garden but unfortunately all the sun flowers were dead☹. They also have a lot of activities for kids like a wagon ride, petting zoo and a veggie patch where you can pick veggies from their garden.

During this meet up I got to meet 2 new bloggers(Mickie and Amanda) and got to catch up with one of my favorite and successful blogger/friend madewithjoy. It was so great getting to know these two bloggers and connect with them on a personal level instead of through social media. I cant wait to meet up with these two ladies again and get to know them more.

The pumpkin patch was so amazing other than it being so hot that day I really enjoyed visiting a pumpkin patch for the first time and I would totally go next year and the year after that. With California being so hot it is really hard to get into the Halloween or Thanksgiving spirit and going to this pumpkin patch and being all around these pumpkins and people really put me in that fall mood. Its also a good place to get some great seasonal pictures for the fall season.
